Thank you for taking an interest for commissioning me!
Please read the ToS carefully before ordering!
What you'll Receive
✦ For each commission, you will receive updates from me when I've finished any progresses, such as in sketch -> lineart & base color -> finishing.✦ You can ask for major revisions up to 3 times only in sketch step.
After the sketch is approved, I won't accept any major revisions, but you can still ask for minor revisions up to 5 times (from lineart -> finished).✦ Illustration and PNGtuber commission will take around 7-14 days to finish. For Live2D Art commission, it'll be 1-2 months to finish depending on the character complexity.✦ You will receive a high resolution JPG and/or PNG files of your request. For Live2D Art commission, you'll get a ready-to-rig PSD file of your model.✦ Finished artwork will be sent to you via e-mail or google drive/ weTransfer (if the file size is more than 25 MB).

✦ I will start working on your request after I received the full upfront payment. Payment can be made through Paypal.
If you want a partial payment, you can discuss with me first.✦ All prices listed are for personal-used commission only.
If you'd like to get a commercial use, please contact me to discuss about it.✦ NO REFUND after I start working on your order. You can only ask for refund if I haven't send / start any progress of your commission.✦ Please provide me with clear details and visual references. The more detail you can give me, the better! I will not accept a commission if it's not clear enough for me to work.✦ I don't accept:

✦ I have the right to decline your commission if I feel it's not do-able.✦ You can post the finished artwork anywhere on your social medias, but please put a credit (@cindycc07). Do not claim it as your own work!✦ I can also post it online (with lower resolution and watermarked) for my personal portfolios. I'll put a credit to the client's name as well.

✦ All prices are for 1 (one) character and personal use only.
✦ If you want to get a couple or group (up to 4 people) illustration, the price and delivery days will be multiplied based on how many characters you want to include in the canvas.
✦ Every illustration will be drawn with simple background (color, simple decorations / effects). There will be extra fees ($10~20) for requesting a complex / more detailed background. You can ask me more about the details through dm!
